The son of legendary Master Celebrity Facialist Ling Chan, Patrick Chan was born in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, New York, to immigrant parents from Hong Kong. From a young age, he believed he was a "Chosen One" with a divine mission. However, through conventional education and societal programming, he gradually forgot who he truly was and why he was here. As a result, he struggled deeply with both internal and external challenges.
At the age of 22, Patrick Chan was told by the great Buddhist Master, Khongyla Rato Rinpoche, that in a past life, he had been a monk and did not need to follow that path again. Rinpoche revealed that Patrick had the potential for spiritual greatness as a layperson, with a divine mission to help the world. However, at the time, Patrick was struggling with deep emotional pain, self-doubt, and unresolved trauma, while also facing the challenges of being an inexperienced entrepreneur, helping his mother with the family skincare business. The true meaning of the message remained unclear as he navigated these internal and external battles.
Over the past three decades, Patrick Chan has traveled to India ten times to study and meditate at Tibetan Buddhist monasteries, immersing himself in the teachings of Lo Jong and ancient Indian wisdom on how to tame the mind and open the heart. He has studied profound concepts like Emptiness and Quantum Physics under the guidance of esteemed Buddhist Masters. Alongside his spiritual journey, Patrick has also passionately delved into the study of personal development, learning from greats such as Jim Rohn, Bob Proctor, John Maxwell, and Robin Sharma.
To become an entrepreneur and CEO of LING New York, manifesting my skincare brand to be featured at luxury 5 star resorts all around the world, including the exotic locations I once only dreamed of such as Maldives, London, Dubai, Copenhagen, South Africa and Macau.
During this spiritual and entrepreneurial journey, I also studied under Dr.Joe Dispenza and Daniel Raphael, energic surgeon and alchemist to master the art of inner child healing, self love and manifestation. With my unique confluence of Chinese American upbringing in hip hop NYC public education environment to being taught at Buddhist Monasteries in India to becoming a Beauty Brand Entrepreneur and Spiritual Warrior, my extraordinary life story is the hero's journey gift to serve others the precise guidance of personal transformation from the inside out, merging the art of self care and self love.
